a9,0 0 <br /> �f.00 <br /> 33.00 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 553 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL <br /> CORPORATION, PROPOSING AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO <br /> INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TERRITORY, AMEND MAPS THEREOF, PROVIDE <br /> 111 INTERNAL CONSISTENCY AND ADDITIONAL POLICIES, GOALS AND <br /> OBJECTIVES AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE AND IN ACCORDANCE <br /> THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, is proposing to <br /> amend the Comprehensive Plan of said City, to include tracts of <br /> land annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills <br /> upon the petition of its owners, with said parcels and owners <br /> itemized below: <br /> 1. George Neukom and Owen Gall, which tract contains <br /> approximately 110 acres and is located north of Pretty Porid Road <br /> and lies east and west' of Green Slope Avenue ; <br /> 2. Charles Bass and Roger Whitworth, which tract contains <br /> approximately 8 acres and is located south of C Avenue at the <br /> intersection of 16th Street; <br /> 3 . Thomas- E. Oakley (Concire, Inc. ) , which tract contains <br /> approximately 8. 9 acres and is located west of Hwy. 301 and south <br /> of Pretty Pond Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City also is proposing to amend all maps of <br /> said Comprehensive Plan to include, show, and depict said annexed <br /> properties; providing that all goals, objectives, policies, and <br /> other planning provisions applicable to properties in the <br /> Comprehensive Plan shall pertain and be applicable to the annexed <br /> properties; providing that invalidity of any portion shall not <br /> affect the remaining portions of this ordinance; and providing <br /> for an effective date; and <br /> WHEREAS, by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances 528, 529 and 539, <br /> respectively, the above described real properties were annexed by <br /> the City and incorporated within the municipal boundaries of the <br /> City of Zephyrhills : real property described on Exhibit "A" <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and ' <br /> made a part thereof; and <br /> Record and Return to: <br /> City Clerk's Office O.R. 2074PAGE ® 938 <br /> 5335 8th Street <br /> Lephyrhills, FL 33540 <br />
