<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ANNEXING
<br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171. 044, LAWS OF FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, FLORIDA CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION OF SEVENTH DAY
<br /> - - ADVET<T ST, the present owner (s ) of the .lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said FLORIDA CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION OF SEVENTH DAY
<br /> ADVENTIST, have requested and consented to the annexation by the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said
<br /> lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits
<br /> of said City,
<br /> NOW,' THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows :
<br /> - - ' SECTION -1- lands,1. That the following described lyiiiy and
<br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Tract 85, lying West of Wire Road; the South 25. 0 feet of the
<br /> North z of Tract 86; the South z of the East z of Tract 86; and .
<br /> the East 84 . 0 feet of the South ? of the West ? of Tract 86; all
<br /> being in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, as per plat thereof recorded in
<br /> Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> TOGETHER WITH that portion of Tract 87, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY
<br /> COMPANY LANDS in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, as
<br /> recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, AND that portion of the vacated 30 .00 foot right of way
<br /> that lies West of and adjacent to the South 25. 00 feet of the
<br /> North i of Tract 86 of said ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, ALL
