<br /> PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO A PLANNED ,. UNIT
<br /> DEVELOPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 . 041, LAWS OF

<br /> WHEREAS, ROYSTONE DEVELOPMENTS, being the owner of the lands
<br /> herein described in Section 1, has requested that the property
<br /> described below, also known as CHALFONT VILLAS, be rezoned -- from
<br /> --Multi-Family Residential (R-4) , to a zoning des.ignati-on -as a
<br /> Planned Unit Development District, in accordance with Chapter 6,
<br /> Land Use Regulations ( Zoning) of the Land Development Code of the
