<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS
<br /> WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH
<br /> LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 (3) (c) 1.
<br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM F. NYE and ANDREA R. NYE, his wife, are the
<br /> owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in - Scct -on 1,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, said WILLIAM F. NYE and ANDREA R.• NYE, h'i's wife,
<br /> have applied for rezoning of said parcel from County C-2 _to City
<br /> C-2, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of
<br /> the owners application for rezoning, and
<br /> •
<br /> WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does %nv,o.lve less than
<br /> five percent ( 5%) of the total land area of the City- of
<br /> Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone "-same in
<br /> accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 (3) (c ) 1.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT _ ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the -City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:-
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described lands, lying and
<br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Lots 3 and 4, LITTLE ACRES, as the same are numbered.,'an51 shown on
<br /> the map or plat thereof, as the same is recorded. in P'lat'Book 56,
<br /> page 132, Public Records of Pasco County, _" Florida, being in
<br /> Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County,
<br /> Florida; LESS the most northerly 10 feet thereof, for ,road right
<br /> of way.
<br /> be, and the same is hereby rezoned and, hencefdrth,•_ said

<br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become law upon being
<br /> passed by the- City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three
