<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ANNEXING
<br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, ADVENTIST HEALTH SYSTEM/SUNBELT, INC. , a Florida
<br /> corporation, is the present owner of the lands -.hereinafter
<br /> --- - - - de-scribed- Section 1, and ,
<br /> WHEREAS, said ADVENTIST HEALTH SYSTEM/SUNBELT, INC. , a
<br /> Florida corporation, has requested and consented to the
<br /> annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein
<br /> described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said
<br /> lands and the inclusion of, said lands within the corporate limits
<br /> of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION 1. , That the following described lands, lying and
<br /> being situate dn Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> The East 105 .76 feet of Tract 121, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY
<br /> LANDS in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, as
<br /> recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55 of the Public Records of Pasco
<br /> County, Florida; LESS the South 15 . 00 feet thereof for road right
<br /> of way,
<br /> • be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the
<br /> boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal
<br /> corporation.
<br /> SECTION 2. Said lands are contiguous to _the present,. City
<br /> limits of the City of Zephyrhills. That said lands .are now
<br /> unincorporated and lie in the same County as said City; --and when
<br /> annexed ,would --form a compact addition to the incorporated
<br /> v
<br /> territory of said City. That the owners of saidlands - contained
<br /> in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have
<br /> such area annexed and the City Council does hereby approve the
<br /> annexation for said area. -
<br /> SECTION 3 . That the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has been
