<br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF, FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, TOWNVIEW MEDICAL ARTS CENTER ,PARTNERSHIP, the

<br /> WHEREAS, said TOWNVIEW MEDICAL ARTS CENTER PARTNERSHIP,'. has
