<br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF, FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, TOWNVIEW MEDICAL ARTS CENTER ,PARTNERSHIP, the
<br /> present owner of 'the lands h:eretizafter described in Sect'i.O "1,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, said TOWNVIEW MEDICAL ARTS CENTER PARTNERSHIP,'. has

<br /> requested and consented to the annexation bythe City, of
<br /> Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said
<br /> lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits
