<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS
<br /> WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH
<br /> LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 (3 ) (c) 1 .
<br /> WHEREAS, TOWNVIEW MEDICAL ARTS CENTER PARTNERSHIP, is the
<br /> owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said TOWNVIEW MEDICAL ARTS CENTER PARTNERSHIP, has
<br /> applied for rezoning of said parcels, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of
<br /> the owners application for rezoning, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less than
<br /> five percent ( 5%) of the total land area of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same in
<br /> accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 (3 ) (c) 1 .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described parcels, lying and
<br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, shall be rezoned in
<br /> accordance with the designation set forth below from County AR:
<br /> Parcel to be designated R-4 :
<br /> Commencing at a point on the West right-of-way line of U.S.
<br /> Highway 301 at the intersection of the North boundary of SPANISH
<br /> TRAILS VILLAGE, as recorded in Plat Book 13 , Pages 59 and 60,
<br /> Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being in the SE 1/4 of
<br /> Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East thence along the
<br /> North boundary of SPANISH TRAILS VILLAGE, N. 89658 ' 40" W. , 1394 .64
