<br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED
<br /> WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS RECORD VERIFIED

<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. o
<br /> WHEREAS, ZEPHYRHILLS WESLEYAN CHURCH, is the present owner of the lands

<br /> WHEREAS, said ZEPHYRHILLS WESLEYAN CHURCH, has requested and consented
<br /> to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of
<br /> said lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREEORE,II BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:

<br /> Portion of Tract 33 in Section 14, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYREILLS
<br /> COLONY COMPANY LANDS as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco
<br /> County, Florida, being further described as follows:
<br /> Commence at the Northwest corner of said Tract 33; thence run N.89°52'28"E., 185.00
<br /> feet along the North line of said Tract 33 for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue
<br /> N.89°52'28"E., 315.00 feet; thence S.00°06'41"E., 114.50 feet; thence N.89°52'28"-E., 152.55 feet
<br /> to a point 10.00 feet Westerly of the East line of said Tract 33; thence-.S.00°06'41"E., parallel
<br /> with the East line of said Tract 33, 201.18 feet to the South line of said Tract 33; thence
