I ORDINANCE NO. 581 I I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZEPHYRHILLS LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, CHAPTER SIX, LAND USE REGULATIONS (ZONING) INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN ORDINANCE NO. 5`19-,' BY AMENDING SECTIONS 6230 AND 6511 BY 'DELETING VEHICLE SALES IN A C-2 ZONE AS A CONDITIONAL USE AND DELETING MINIMUM STANDARD REFERENCES, THEREOF, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council,; of .he City of Zephyrhills ' Florida, as follows : - ' Section 1 • The City of Zephyrhills Land Development 'Code as adopted in Ordinance No. 519 and in particular the regulations-found in the Zephyrhills Land Development Code are hereby amended as follows : I Chapter Six - Land Use Regulations (Zoning)-;.• Section 6230 . Community Commercial Zoning District (C-2) ; Conditional uses are hereby amended to delete_ as-a conditional use the following: "vehicle sales" Section 2 I The City of ! Zephyrhills Land Development Code as adopted in Ordinance No. 519 and in particular the regulations found -in the Zephyrhills Land Development Code are hereby amended as follows : Chapter Six Land Use Regulations (Zoning) Section 6511 . Vehicle Sales in a C-2 District. This section is deleted in its entirety. Section 6512, Veterinarian/Animal Hospital in a C-2 or C-3 District is to be renumbered to Section 6511 . Section 3 If any chapter, article, section, paragraph, clause, provision or provisions of this Ordinance shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the chapter, article, section, paragraph, clause, provision or provisions so adjudged and the remainder of this Ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
