d 072351 93 NOV 2 P s 3: 34 <br /> FILED F r RECORD <br /> RECORD VERIFIED <br /> JED PITTMAN ti .f";" 44-at"—d <br /> Clerk CI t Court.Paseo linty CLK.CIR.CT.p °scCI COUSITY.FL. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 584 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, <br /> FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, <br /> ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO INCLUDE <br /> ADDITIONiAL TERRITORY, AMEND MAPS <br /> THEREOF, PROVIDE INTERNAL CONSISTENCY <br /> AND ADDITIONAL POLICIES, GOALS AND <br /> OBJECTIVES AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA <br /> STATUTE AND IN ACCORDANCE THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, is adopting amendments to the <br /> Comprehensive Plan of said City, to include tracts of land annexed into the corporate limits of <br /> the City of Zephyrhills upon the petition of its owners, with said parcels and owners itemized <br /> below: <br /> 1. _Florida Adventist Assn., which tract contains approximately 6.3 acres and is located <br /> south of Pretty Pond Road and west of Wire Road; <br /> 2. Smith Cattle and Grove, which tract contains approximately 5 acres and is located <br /> north of Geiger Road and east of the proposed west bypass; <br /> 3. William and Andrea Nye, which tract contains approximately .5 acres and is located <br /> west of Hwy. 301 at Hoover Street and Fountain Road; <br /> 4. Townview Medical Arts Center Partnership, which tract contains 35 acres and is <br /> located south of Pretty Pond Road, west of Hwy. 301 and immediately west of Merchant's <br /> S quare. <br /> WHEREAS, the City also is amending all maps of said Comprehensive Plan to include, <br /> show, and depict said annexed properties; providinthat all goals, objections, policiesand other <br /> planning provisions applicable to properties in the Comprehensive Plan shall pertain and be <br /> applicable to the annexed properties; providing that invalidity of said portion shall not affect the <br /> remaining portions of this Ordinance; and providing for an effective date, and <br /> WHEREAS, by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances 554, 556, 561, and 570, respectively, the <br /> above-described real properties were annexed by the City and incorporated within the municipal <br /> Record and Return to: OR <br /> City Clerk's Office 09 <br /> ri 5335 8th Street <br /> Zephyrhills, FL 33540 <br />
