<br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REZONING
<br /> LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE
<br /> REQUEST'OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND
<br /> IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE_ ,J

<br /> WHEREAS, WAYNE TANNER, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE WEINMAN TRUST
<br /> DATED JANUARY 15, 1985 and PENCY W. OWENS, JR. REVOCABLE 3UST, DATED
<br /> APRIL 16, 1992, PENCY W. OWENS, JR. and GRACIE OWENS, TRUSTEES'are the present
<br /> owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said WAYNE TANNER,AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE WEINMAN TRUST
<br /> DATED JANUARY 15, 1985 and PENCY W. OWENS, JR. REV\®CABLE TRUST, DATED
<br /> APRIL 16, 1992, PENCY W. OWENS, JR. and GRACIE OWNS,.TRUSTEES, have applied
<br /> for rezoning of said parcel from R-4 to R-3, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of `tlie owners'
<br /> application for rezoning, and !
<br /> WHEREAS, the propeity to be rezoned does involve less than five percent (5%) of the
<br /> total land area of the City of Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same in
<br /> accordance with Florida Statute 166.041 (3) (c) 1. . _
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED:by the City Council of the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: _ .
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Parcel ID#14-26-21-0100-03400-0040
<br /> The North 188 feet of the West 133 feet of Tract 34 AND the West 163 feet of Tract 34, LESS
<br /> AND EXCEPT the North.188 feet thereof; TOGETHER WITH the West 1/2 of Tracts 47 and
<br /> 50 AND TOGETHER WITH the East 88.5 feet of Tracts 35 and 46, all being in ZEPHYRHILLS
<br /> COLONY COMPANY'LANDS'SUBDIVISION, Section 14, Township 26 South,Range 21 East,
