Cr!.,.1Y,F1_, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REZONING ,i LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE.- 166.041 (3) (c) 1. , J i WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. McGAVERN and FRANK D. COPELAND are the present i owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, said WILLIAM E.McGAVERN and FRANK D. COPELAND;have applied for rezoning of said parcel from C-2 (approximately 8 acres); E-R (approximately 32 acres) to M-3, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approvali-of the owners' application for rezoning, and -• WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less than five percen1(5%) of the. total land area of the City of Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041 (3) (c) 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida', as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described lands,lying and being situate•in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: ! 7 -- J Parcel ID#24-26-21-0000-00100-0040 The Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, less and except the South 388.00 feet and the West 108.20 feet thereof, and That part of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 lying South of the Zephyrhills By-pass East, less and except the West 108.20 feet thereof. All lying in Section 24, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida. Said land containing 40.12,acres more or less. be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be M-3. -. - SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City i Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three (3) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
