tib ` 0 011) a 00 ORDINANCE NO. 483 q‘ c)(P6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF SUCH LANDS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 . WHEREAS, KENNETH L. PLOETZ and DEBORAH A. PLOETZ, are the , . ownersin fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, JOHN W. WHITE, JR. and DORIS E. WHITE, are the owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 2 , and WHEREAS , JEANNE M. SEEHAVER, is the owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 3, and WHEREAS, BONNIE LINDSEY, is the owner in fee of the lands: hereinafter described in Section 4, and WHEREAS , NEIL E. GREGORY and VALERIE L. GREGORY, are the owners in fee ofthe lands hereinafter described in Section ^�R 5 , and WHEREAS , WILLIAM DEMPSEY and HELEN M. DEMPSEY, are the owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 6, and WHEREAS, said property was annexed into the City, pursuant to Ordinance No. 477 and pursuant to Florida Statute, continues • to maintain its previous zoning designation under the Pasco County Zoning Ordinance of R-3, and WHEREAS, the Zephyrhills Planning Commission has decreed that in keeping) with the surrounding properties and the City' s Comprehensive Plan that the appropriate zoning for said property should be R-2 , and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less than five percent (5%) of the total land area of the City of Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 .
