<br /> CY6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
<br /> FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF SUCH
<br /> LANDS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE
<br /> 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 .
<br /> WHEREAS, TOM' ED OAKLEY, is the owner in fee of.'tfie-la ids
<br /> III hereinafter described in Section 1 , and
<br /> WHEREAS , TOM ED OAKLEY has applied for rezoning of said
<br /> parcel from Multi-Family Residential ; (R-4) -to: '
<br /> and Community Commercial C-2, and ,'�
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval
<br /> of the owners application for rezoning, and
<br /> WHEREAS , the property to be rezoned does involve less,
<br /> than five percent (5%) of the total land area df the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone_: ,same
<br /> in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 (3) 1(c) 1 .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINEDjby..the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and

<br /> be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth; said

<br /> properties zoning designation shall be C-2 .
<br /> SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall become law upon being
<br /> passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after
<br /> three (3) readings and execution by the presiding officer and
<br /> the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute
<br /> 166.041 , Laws of Florida.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No . 484 was read and passed
<br /> on its first reading in open and regular meeting by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida on the 12th- day
<br /> of September A.D. 1988 .
