.\\5 \t'\` \t'\ °I`5b fi 101‘,1K S' ORDINANCE NO. 487 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 430 , KNOWN AS THE ZEPHYRHILLS BUILDING CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS , MODIFYING SECTION 8 (a) PROVIDING FOR MOVING AND DEMOLITION FEES ; __ TOGETHER WITH PENALTIES ; SECTION 8 \ (d) PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION OF STANDARD BUILDING II CODE, BUILDING VALUATION DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CALCULATING PERMITS BASED ON VALUATION; AND PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION OF SECTION 8 (f) ESTABLISHING PERMIT . FEES FOR MOBILE HOME SETUP. - BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, sitting in regular session as follows : That Ordinance No. 430 , Section 8 (a) shall hereafter read: .; (a) Building Permits : The City does hereby: 'e.dopt - ,.the recommended schedule of permit fees., movingfees and demolition fees , together with the penalty as contained in Appendix K, Standard Building Code and as it -nay -be. ame.nded from time to time. That Ordinance No. 430 , Section 8 (d) shall hereafter read:. (d) Permits Based on Valuation: For any permit based on valuation, values shall be calculated as per Standard Building Code, Building Valuation Data, Florida 1 .01 or as it may be amended from time to time. Ordinance No . 430 is hereby amended to include-' the - following additional Section, to be known as Section 8 (f) which shall hereafter read as follows : (f) Mobile Home Permit Fees : That the following fees shall be charged for mobile home installation: - - a. Setup $ 25 .00 -. = b. Plumbing $ 15 .00 c. Electrical $ 15 .00 d. Mechanical $ 15 .00 The above fees may be amended by Resolution of City Council . This Amendment to Ordinance No . 430 shall become effective upon the third reading and signing by the Mayor. The foregoing Ordinance No. 487 was read and passed on 4 Record,.and Return toy.
