SECTION 3 : The City of Zephyrhills , Florida, has,,been111 given authority by the Legislature of the State of F11 rida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171 .051 and pursuant to'')` the • Charter of the City of Zephyrhills , to deannex and exclude areas from said City and to contract the city limits or territorial boundaries upon approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, of said contraction duly expressed by Ordinance. SECTION 4: That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, to exclude the above- described lands from said City and contract its teriitorial limits and the boundary lines of said City are } hereby redefined and contracted so as to exclude said area- of land from within its territorial limits upon the final passage of this Ordinance. SECTION 5 : This Ordinance shall be published in the Zephyrhills News for four (4) consecutive weeks and Proof of Publication of this Ordinance shall be filed herein. SECTION 6 : That upon the filing of the Proof of Publication and final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit ,. Court'' of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy will be forwarded to the Department of State , Tallahassee, Florida.
