Cio° 60 t7 ORDINANCE NO. 497 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, VACATING A PLATTED RIGHT-OF-WAY. WHEREAS , CAROL CRAIG is the owner of: Tract 71 and 72 in Section 13 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East , ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS , as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Less the West 10 feet of Tract 72 for road right-of-way. and WHEREAS , the above-described property lies within the corporate City limits of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, and WHEREAS, the owner has requested that the City vacate the fifteen (15) foot platted right-of-way which is adjacent to • and immediately North of Tracts 71 and 72 of the above- described property, and WHEREAS , in consideration for this request , the said CAROL CRAIG has provided good and valuable consideration, , to 'the City, including Aviation and Utility Easements and the-- _City Council does hereby find that it is in the best interest of the municipality and the public at large that the platted public right-of-way be vacated. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , that : 1 . The fifteen (15) foot Zephyrhills Colony Land platted public right-of-way running East and West and immediately . North of the following described real property, to-wit : Tract 71 and 72 in Section 13 , Township 26_ South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLON COMPANY LANDS , as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Less the West 10 feet of Tract 72 for road right-of-way. ` - is hereby vacated. 2 .
