cA. 1,-\'`‘‘ \`�� \ ORDINANCE NO. 498 OP AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , Y ,,;Q FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE VII , SECTION j 7-2 B and 7-2 C, PERTAINING TO ✓� � CONSTRUCTION AND LOCATION OF ACCESSORY BUILDINGS . Ordinance No. 397 , Article VII , 7-2 B and 7-2 C are " II hereby amended and shall henceforth read as follows :' B. Construction Timing -' `-' , - , -, No accessory building shall be constructed upon a lot or parcel or contiguous lot or parcel except in - conjunction with, or after construction of , the primary building. - C. Location of Accessory Structures Structures shall be located on the same lot or parcel as the principal building to which it is accessory, or on a contiguous lot, and shall meet all district etbacks- ` unless otherwise stated . For this purpose, a lot will' 'be- considered contiguous if separated from the primary lot by an alley, street, right-of-way or easement.
