05(t0_,atir-L-Wks <br /> 1►5_O31 <br /> lam <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 499 <br /> 16•O° <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , <br /> FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY <br /> TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF <br /> SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE <br /> OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE <br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF <br /> FLORIDA. <br /> WHEREAS, ADVENTIST HEALTH SYSTEM/SUN BELT, INC. , is the <br /> owner of the land hereinafter described in Section 1 and has <br /> requested and consented to the annexation by the. City of <br /> Zephyrhills , Florida of the land hereinafter described in <br /> Section 1 , and <br /> WHEREAS, such annexations are authorized by Florida <br /> Statute 171. 044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal <br /> Charter; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of <br /> said land and the inclusion of said land within the corporate <br /> limits of said City, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City <br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : <br /> SECTION 1. That the following described land, lying and <br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : <br /> The West 187 feet of the East 267 feet <br /> of the North 172 feet of Tract 103 , <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS in <br /> Section - 35 , Township 25 South, Range 21 <br /> East, as per plat thereof , recorded in <br /> Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of <br /> Pasco County, Florida. <br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the <br /> boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, a municipal <br /> corporation. <br /> SECTION 2 .
