<br /> 1� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
<br /> FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY
<br /> TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF
<br /> SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF
<br /> FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, HERMAN HEINLEIN, is the owner of the land
<br /> hereinafter described in. Section 1 and has requested and
<br /> consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills ,
<br /> Florida of the land hereinafter described in Section 1 , and
<br /> WHEREAS, such annexations are authorized by Florida
<br /> Statute 171.044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal
<br /> Charter ; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of
<br /> said land and the inclusion of said land within the corporate
<br /> limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION i. l+iaL, folloW11g uesk.:i ed laud,

<br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Tracts 113 , 128 ; and those portions of Tracts 114
<br /> and 127 lying East of the CSX Railroad Right of Way
<br /> in Section 1, Township 26 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , according to plat
<br /> recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55 , Pasco County,
<br /> Florida; and Northeast 4 of Northeast 4 of Section
<br /> 12 , Township 26 South , Range 21 East, and Northeast
<br /> 4 of Southeast 4 of Northeast 4 of Section 12 ,
<br /> Township 26 South, Range 21 East, and North 2 of
<br /> Northwest 4 of Southeast 4 of Northeast 4 of
<br /> Section 12, Township 26 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> according to plat recorded in Plat Book 2 , page 16 ,
<br /> Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the
<br /> boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, a municipal
<br /> corporation.
<br /> SECTION 2 . Said lands are contiguous to the present
<br /> City limits of the City of Zephyrhills . That\ sa?d- lards are
<br /> now unincorporated and lie in the same County as said City,
<br /> and when annexed would form a compact addition to the
<br /> incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said
