<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
<br /> FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF
<br /> SUCH LANDS AND .IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA
<br /> STATUTE 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 .
<br /> WHEREAS, R-4 CORPORATION OF TYSON SUBDIVISION, INC. , is
<br /> 111 the owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described in
<br /> Section 1 , and
<br /> W iREAS., 'the Zephyrhills- PlanningtCommission has decreed
<br /> that in keeping with the surrounding properties and the
<br /> City ' s Comprehensive Plan that the appropriate zoning for
<br /> - said property should be Office/Professional (OP) as , same is
<br /> defined in the Zoning Regulations of the City -fir Zephyrhills ,
<br /> originally adopted on July 28 , 1986 , and
<br /> WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less
<br /> than five percent (57) of the total land area=„of the 'City• -of,
<br /> Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same
<br /> in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 .
