P 1 eiPcp ` e9' I y Y � \6 I /A0(5 i .„);. e,„_ IS • ORDINANCE NO. 507 ov AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 313 IN ITS ENTIRETY; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF LIBRARY CARDS AND AUTHORIZING A FINE FOR VIOLATION OF THE ZEPHYRHILLS MUNICIPAL LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS . WHEREAS , the City of Zephyrhills has established and maintained the Zephyrhills Municipal Library from municipal funds for the health , education and benefit of the citizens of the City of Zephyrhills and of Pasco County, and WHEREAS , the City of Zephyrhills had previously established by Ordinance No. 313 , provisions for issuance of Library cards and requiring payment of fees for said issuance to persons not residing in the City of Zephyrhills or owning property herein, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills now feels that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Zephyrhills and those residents of the County which utilize the Library facilities of the City to eliminate the fee charged to such County residents for the use of the City Municipal Library. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, sitting in regular session as follows : 1 . That Ordinance No . 313 is hereby repealed in its entirety. - 2 . All persons using the Zephyrhills Municipal Library Services as determined by the library staff shall be issued a Zephyrhills Municipal Library card , which card shall be issued upon request . That County residents shall no longer be charged a fee for issuance of a Library card effective May 23 , 1989 . 3 .
