x.03\ <br /> CM. 2 \ <br /> 6' ORDINANCE NO. 512 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , <br /> FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO <br /> BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID <br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS <br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA <br /> STATUTE 171 .044 , LAWS OF FLORIDA. <br /> WHEREAS, HERMAN HEINLEIN is the owners of the land <br /> hereinafter described in Section 1 and has requested and <br /> consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the <br /> land hereinafter described in Section 1 , and <br /> WHEREAS , such annexations are authorized by Florida <br /> Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal <br /> Charter , and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council approves the annexation of said <br /> land and the inclusion of said land within the corporate <br /> limits of said City, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City <br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : <br /> SECTION 1 .
