ORDINANCE NO. 524 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE CONSENT OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171. 044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS, Pasco County, Florida, is the present owner of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1 A, B, and D, and WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills, is the present owner of the lands hereinafter.,--described '-in Section-1 e,-and-- WHEREAS, said the above-mentioned owners have consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171.044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal charter, and WHEREAS, the City Council-_ approves the annexation of said elands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows : SECTION 1. That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: A. Wire •Road- : The existing right-of-way located northerly from the north right-of-way of County Road 54 East, for a distance of 5300 feet, up to and including the intersection of Pretty Pond Road and Wire Road; and B. Dairy Road: The existing right-of-way located northerly from the north right-of-way of County Road 54 East, for a distance of 2600 feet, up to and including the intersection of Dairy Road and Daughtery Road. C. Pretty Pond Road: -- PARCEL A-:_ The -northerly 5 feet of land-that - a—is within -3-5- - feet of the east-west mid-sectionline of Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East and within tracts 58 and 59 in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East of Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, according to plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, excluding the east 100 feet thereof. D. Pretty Pond Road: PARCEL B: The existing right-of-way westerly from the west right-of-way of U.S. Hwy. 301, for a distance of 800 feet, be, and the same are hereby annexed to and included within the -Record and Return to: • toy f City Cler.k' s Office. 5335 8th Street O.
