<br /> with this Ordinance and violative of Article VIII , Section 1
<br /> (f) of the Constitution of the State of Florida.
<br /> 2 . All other provisions of the Ordinance No . 480 shall

<br /> 3 . This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br /> after passage by affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of City
<br /> Council and signing by the Mayor .
