<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ANNEXING
<br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171. 044, LAWS OF FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE NEUKOM and OWEN GALL, are the present owners
<br /> of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said GEORGE NEUKOM and OWEN GALL, have requested
<br /> and consented to the annexation by the City- of Zephyrhillsof,, the-
<br /> lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said
<br /> lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits
<br /> of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council 'of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described lands, lying and
<br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> George Neukom:
<br /> Parcel 1: Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, PB 1, PG 55, Tracts
<br /> 28 and 37, OR 1866, PG 1678 ;
<br /> Parcel 2 : Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, PB 1, PG 55, Tract
<br /> 13 & Tracts 14, 19 and 30, lying west of maintained right-of-way
<br /> for Sunnyside Drive exc east 10 ft thereof for rd r/w and Tracts
<br /> 20, 29 and Tracts 36, 45, 52 and 61, exc east 101.81 ft thereof,
<br /> OR 1866, PG 1678; and
<br /> Parcel 3 : Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, PB 1, PG 55, Tracts
<br /> 35, 46, 51, 62 and the east 101. 81 ft of Tracts 36, 45, 52 & 61,
<br /> less that portion of Tracts 35, 46, 51 and 62, lying east of
<br /> maintained r/w for Sunnyside Dr, OR 1215, PG 1373 and -OR 1859, PG
<br /> 152 . All in Section 34, Township 25, Range 21.
