<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS
<br /> WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH
<br /> LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 ( 3 ) (c) 1.
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE NEUKOM and OWEN GALL, are the owners in fee
<br /> of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said GEORGE NEUKOM and OWEN GALL have applied for
<br /> rezoning of said parcel from County AR to City R1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of
<br /> the owners application for rezoning, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less than
<br /> five percent ( 5%) of the total land area of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone:-same in
<br /> accordance with Florida Statute 166 . 041 ( 3) (c) 1T \ .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows :
