<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, REPEALING
<br /> ORDINANCES NO. 211 AND 262 IN THEIR
<br /> ENTIRETY. - -

<br /> WHEREAS , the City Council on September 18 , 1973 did enact
<br /> Ordinance No . 211 , granting a Non-Exclusive Cable T.V.
<br /> Franchise to CENTRAL FLORIDA CABLEVISION, INC. , for the
<br /> purposc of mr^inta;_n ng and operating a community; dntennc
<br /> television system in Zephyrhills , Florida, together with
<br /> setting forth conditions accompanying the grant of franchise
<br /> and providing for City Regulation and use of the community
<br /> antenna television system and prescribing penalties for the
<br /> violation of the franchise and ,. \`
<br /> WHEREAS , City Council did on May 10, 1976 enact Ordinance -:
<br /> No . 262 , which amended certain sections of the abc-,7,e-
<br /> mentioned Ordinance No . 211 andy
<br /> WHEREAS , ACTON CATV, INC. , a Connecticut corpora:tio;r<<, `is
<br /> a successor in interest to the afore-mentioned CENTRAL
<br /> IIIFLORIDA CABLEVISION, INC . and is presently the holder of ter
<br /> franchise granted by Ordinance No . 211 and
<br /> WHEREAS, ACTON CATV, INC . , a Connecticut corporation', -1,y
<br /> and through its authorized representatives have requested
<br /> that the City consent to the surrender of said franchisejr;,Dy
<br /> ACTON CATV, INC. , a Connecticut corporation, -
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by',t1he, C3.ty-
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows :
<br /> That Ordinances No . 211 and 262 , are hereby repealed and
<br /> the franchise and all other rights , duties and privileges
<br /> granted thereunder are hereby repealed, revoked , cancelled
<br /> and terminated.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No . 413 was read and passed
<br /> on its first reading by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills , Florida on the 9th day of February
