ORDINANCE NO. 418 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 .044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS, AUGUST MICKEY DEAN McPHEE, is the owner of the land hereinafter described in Section 1 and WHEREAS , AUGUST MICKEY DEAN McPHEE, pursuant to an Agreement Arising out of Request for City Services Outside Corporate Limits entered into between AUGUST MICKEY DEAN McPHEE and the City of Zephyrhills on March 30, 1984, agreed that the lands described in Section 1 shall be annexed and become part of the City of Zephyrhills when said property became contiguous to the corporate boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS , such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter; and WHEREAS , the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : The South 165 . 8 feet of the East 296 . 72 feet of Tract 78, in Section 35 , Township 25 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS , as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. SubJect to occupational right-of-way of 16th Street over and across the East 34 feet thereof. be, and the same are hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, a municipal corporation.
