THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, REZONING LOTS OF RECORD, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF SUCH LOTS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE • ` 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 . WHEREAS, LEE R. BASS , Trustee of that certain Living ''�y` Trust dated July 1 , 1985 , is the owner of tire land. hereinafter described in Section 1 and WHEREAS, LEE R. BASS , Trustee of that certain Living Trust dated July 1 , 1985 , pursuant to a Petition for Rezoning, has requested that the zoning designation of the property described in Section 1 be changed from R-4 to R-3 and . WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve , °less = than five percent (57) of the total land area of the City of Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 . , I . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City. of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : Lots 9 , 10, 11 , 12 , 13 , 15 , 16 , 17 ,18 , 19 , 20, 21 , 22 and 23 , DOWN' S ADDITION TO CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , a subdivision of a part of the Northeast quarter (4) of Section 10, Township 26 South, Range 21 East , as recorded. be, and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth, said properties zoning designation shall -be R-3 , SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall bec/ome `"law upon being passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after public hearing and signing by the Mayor.
