J 1/v / ORDINANCE NO. 423 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 . 044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS , on the 29th of October, 1980 , ALTON CARVER and JOYCE CARVER, were the owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1 and WHEREAS , ALTON CARVER and JOYCE CARVER, pursuant to an Agreement Arising Out of Request for City Services Outside Corporate Limits entered into between ALTON CARVER and JOYCE CARVER, and the City of Zephyrhills on October 29 , 1980, agreed on behalf of themselves and their successors in title that the lands described in Section 1 shall be annexed and become part of the City of Zephyrhills when said property became contiguous to the corporate boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS , such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter; and WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : Palm Estates 4th Addition - Lots 1 through 52 as recorded in Plat Book 19 , Pages 46 and 47 . Location tract 65 and 80 - Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , Section 11 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East . I be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, a municipal corporation. SECTION 2 .
