N ue Deem OR AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 .044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. 111 WHEREAS , on the 30th day of December , 1981 , LOWE/SCHMIDT CORPORATION, was the owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1 and WHEREAS , LOWE/SCHMIDT CORPORATION, pursuant to an Agreement Arising Out of Request for City Services Outside Corporate Limits entered into between LOWE/SCHMIDT CORPORATION, by its President , C. CHARLES LOWE, JR. , and the City of Zephyrhills on December 30 , 1981 , agreed on behalf of itself and its predecessors in title that the lands described in Section 1 shall be annexed and become part of the City of Zephyrhills when said property became contiguous to the corporate boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS , such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter ; and WHEREAS , the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : Tracts 50 , 63 , 66 and 79, of the Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , as recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and lying in Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East. be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, a municipal corporation.
