ORDINANCE NO. 425 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 .044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. 111 WHEREAS , on the 16th day of September, 1977 , ARTHUR E. CARPENTER and OPAL L. CARPENTER, his wife and ROY ELDON CARPENTER and WALTRAUDE CARPENTER, his wife , were the owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1 and WHEREAS , ARTHUR E. CARPENTER and OPAL L. CARPENTER, his wife and ROY ELDON CARPENTER and WALTRAUDE CARPENTER, his wife, pursuant to an Agreement Arising Out of Request for City Services Outside Corporate Limits entered into between ARTHUR E. CARPENTER and OPAL L. CARPENTER, his wife and ROY ELDON CARPENTER and WALTRAUDE CARPENTER, his wife and the City of Zephyrhills on September 16 , 1977 , agreed on behalf of themselves and their successors in title that the lands described in Section 1 shall be annexed and become part of the City of Zephyrhills when said property became contiguous to the corporate boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS , such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 . 044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter; and WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described /lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : The West i of the North 2 of Tract 78 , Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East , Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , Pasco County, Florida. The East Z of the North of Tract 78 , Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East , Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , Pasco County, Florida.
