r d a/) ORDINANCE NO. 426 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 .044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS, HAROLD E. JONES and ELSIE M. JONES , are the owners of the land hereinafter described in, Section 1 and WHEREAS, HAROLD E. JONES and ELSIE M. JONES , pursuant to an Agreement Arising Out of Request for City Services Outside Corporate Limits entered into between HAROLD E. JONES and ELSIE M. JONES and the City of Zephyrhills on June 29 , 1984, agreed that the lands described in Section 1 shall be annexed and become part of the City of Zephyrhills when said property became contiguous to the corporate boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS , such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter; and WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : Parcel 21 : The East 50.0 feet of the West 250.0 feet , EXCEPT the North 209.0 feet thereof, of Tract 67 , ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS , in Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, SUBJECT to an easement for ingress and egress over and across the North 8. 90 feet , more or less . be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, a municipal corporation. SECTION 2. Said lands are contiguous to the present City
