5 <br /> final certificate of inspection, certifying that the wiring , <br /> apparatus or fixtures have been inspected and found to comply <br /> with the terms of this Ordinance. Oo such certificate shall <br /> be issued until such equipment is made to conform to all <br /> applicable Rules and Regulations . <br /> 111 H. Temporary Permission to Connect Before Final Certifi- <br /> cation: The Electrical Inspector may before a certificate is <br /> issued, give temporary permission to connect and furnish <br /> electric current to any wiring, apparatus or fixtures for a <br /> period not exceeding thirty (30) days , if such wiring, <br /> apparatus or fixtures are in such condition that current may <br /> safely be connected therewith for such period of time and <br /> there exists a necessity for such use; provided, that prior <br /> to any connection, written application is filed with the <br /> Building Official , requesting such permission. <br /> I. Inspection. of Conductors or Apparatus - Generally: <br /> The Electrical Inspector is empowered to inspect or reinspect <br /> all interior wires and apparatus conducting or using <br /> electrical current for light , heat or power. When such <br /> conductors or apparatus are found to be unsafe to life or <br /> property, he shall notify the person owning, using or <br /> operating electrical apparatus to place same in a safe and <br /> secure condition within twenty-four (24) hours , or within <br /> such time as the Electrical Inspector shall reasonably <br /> determine is necessary. <br /> J. Disconnection and Notice of Immediately Hazardous <br /> Condition: Whenever any wiring, apparatus or fixtures <br /> conducting or using electrical current for light ,. heat or <br /> power are found, upon inspection by the Electrical Inspector, <br /> 111 to constitute an immediate hazard to life or property, such <br /> Inspector shall immediately open the switch or circuit <br /> Adopted by City Council <br /> Ef. ctive Date: /k7 <br /> red 1dent o ' C'ty Council <br /> City Manager <br /> I O.
