WHEREAS , TOM ED OAKLEY, is the owner of the lands herein described in Section One, and has caused said property'" obe annexed into the corporate city limits of the City of Zephyrhills , and _ WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of, the City •Of Zephyrhills has decreed that the property 'described in Section One, should be zoned Community Commerical (C-2) in keeping with the City' s Comprehensive Plan and the surrounding properties .
