<br /> Shits CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS
<br /> 04 I OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA
<br /> STATUTE 171 .044, LAWS OF FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS , FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION, is the present owner
<br /> of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1 , and
<br /> WHEREAS , FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION, by and through its
<br /> authorized representative and vice president of Central and
<br /> Northern Divisions , W. J. HOWELL has requested and consented
<br /> to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands
<br /> described in Section 1 ;
<br /> WHEREAS , the City Council approves the annexation of said
<br /> lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate
<br /> limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION 1 . That the following described lands ,\lying and
<br /> IIIbeing situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Begin at a point that is West 713 . 50 ft. and
<br /> S, 0' 17 ' 20"E, 25 .00 ft. from the NE corner of
<br /> Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> thence S. 0° 17120"E 150.00 ft. , thence West
<br /> 50.00 ft . , thence N. 0° 17 ' 20"W, 150 .00 ft. ,
<br /> thence East 50 .00 ft. to the point of
<br /> beginning, and
<br /> The West 50 ft. of Tract 1 , perplat of
<br /> Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , as recorded
<br /> in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of
<br /> Pasco County, Florida, Section 15 , Township
<br /> 26 South, Range 21 East , Less that portion
<br /> owned by Florida Power Corporation as
<br /> described in Deed Book 18 , Page 475 , Public
<br /> Records of Pasco County, Florida, being more
<br /> particularly described as follows :
