07 10' LA ORDINANCE NO. 456 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ESTABLISHING ZONING FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO RESIDENTIAL, (R-2) , IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 , LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS , CHARLES L. PIERCE and ROSELLA A. PIERCE, were formerly the owners of the lands herein described in Section One, and have caused said property to be annexed into— the_- corporate city limits of the City of Zephyrhill-,, and ., WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the ' City- J of Zephyrhills has decreed that the property described in Section One, should be zoned Residential (R-2) , in keeping with the City' s Comprehensive Plan and the surrounding properties NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying 111 and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : Tracts 34 and 47 , LESS the North 25 feet of said Tract 34, of Zephyrhills Colony Company lands , as recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page- 155 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, al-1" in Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East. BE, and the same are hereby designated zoned Residential (R-2) , in accordance with the Zoning Regulations of the City of Zephyrhills , dated July 28, 1986 and incorporated by reference into Zephyrhills City Ordinance No. 397 , known as the "City of Zephyrhills Zoning Ordinance" . SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become law upon being , passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three (3) readings and execution by the presiding officer and -- the clerk of that body in accordance with Flor--ida Statute 166 .041 , Laws of Florida.
