AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ESTABLISHING ZONING FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO RESIDENTIAL, (R-3) , IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 , LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS , K. S . BEDI , S . S . BEDI and B.S ' BEDI, 'were formerly the owners of the lands herein described in Section One, and have caused said property to be annexed into the corporate city limits of the City of Zephyrhill , and WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the :City' of Zephyrhills has decreed that the property described in Section One, should be zoned Residential (R-3) , in keeping with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the surrounding proper-ties . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of-=the City of Zephyrhills as follows : - SECTION 1 . That the following described landslying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to wit : Tracts 18 and 31 , except the South 25 feet of- - Tract 31 , Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 1-6 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, all in Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East . BE, and the same are hereby designated zoned Residential (R-3) , in accordance with the Zoning•. Regulations of the City of Zephyrhills , dated July 28, 198.6 and incorporated by reference into Zephyrhills City Ordinance No . 397 , known as the "City of Zephyrhills Zoning Ordinance" .` , SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall become law upon-being:.., passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills ' after' three (3) readings and execution by the presiding offiei 'and the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041 , Laws of Florida.
