q. � ORDINANCE NO. 458 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ESTABLISHING ZONING FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO RESIDENTIAL (R-4) , IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 , LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS , LOWE/SCHMIDT CORPORATION, was formerly the owner': of the lands herein described in Section One, and has caused said property to be annexed into the corporate city limit of the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Zephyrhills has decreed that the property described in Section One , should be zoned Residential (R-4) , in keeping with the City' s Comprehensive Plan and the surrounding properties . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , ,lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : Tracts 50, 63 , 66 and 79 of the ZEPHYRHILLS - COLONY COMPANY LANDS , as recorded in Plat Book .' ' 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, all in Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East. BE, and the same are hereby designated zoned Residential (R-4) , in accordance with the Zoning Regulations of the City of Zephyrhills , dated July 28, 1986 and incorporated by reference into Zephyrhills City Ordinance No . 397 , ' 'kno'wn,:as the "City of Zephyrhills Zoning Ordinance" . SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three (3) readings and execution by the presiding officer_and the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041 , Laws of Florida.
