<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
<br /> FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING ZONING FOR PROPERTY
<br /> WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO
<br /> COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL (C-2) , IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 , LAWS OF FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS , FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION, is the present owner
<br /> of the lands hereinafter described in Section One, and has
<br /> caused said property to be annexed intothe corporate city
<br /> limits of the City of Zephyrhills , and
<br /> WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills has decreed that the property described in
<br /> Section One, should be zoned Community Commercial (C-2) , in
<br /> keeping with the City' s Comprehensive Plan and the
<br /> surrounding properties .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described lands , lying and
<br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit :
<br /> Begin at a point that is West 713 . 50 ft . and
<br /> S 0" 17 ' 20"E, 25.00 ft . from the NE corner of
<br /> Section 15 , Township 26 South, Range 21, East ,
<br /> thence S 0' 17 ' 20"E 150 .00 ft. , thence West
<br /> 50 .00 ft. , thence N 00 17 ' 20"W, 150 .00 ft . ,
<br /> thence East 50 .00 ft . to the point of
<br /> beginning, and
<br /> The West 50 ft. of Tract 1 , per plat of
<br /> Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , as recorded
<br /> in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records " of
<br /> Pasco County, Florida, Section 15-, Township
<br /> 26 South, Range 21 East , Less that portion
<br /> owned by Florida Power Corporation as
<br /> described in Deed Book 18 , Page 475 , Public
<br /> Records of Pasco County, Florida, being more
<br /> particularly described as follows :
<br /> Commencing at the NE corner of Section 15 ,

<br /> being on the center line of State Road No. 54,
