GlrS00 \\�5 �S 11 40 zei ORDINANCE NO. 468 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING ZONING FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI) , IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 . 041 , LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS , ROBERT CRAIG, is the owner of the lands herein described in Section One , and has caused said property to be annexed into the corporate city limits of the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Zephyrhills has decreed that the property described in Section One , should be zoned Light Industrial (LI) . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida , to-wit : Tracts 73 and 74, LESS the West 10 .00 feet of Tract 73 ; and Tracts 87 and 88 , LESS the West 10 . 00 feet of Tract 88 , all of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS , in Section 13 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East , as recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. be , and the same are hereby designated zoned Light Industrial (LI) , in accordance with the Zoning Regulations of the City of Zephyrhills , dated July 28 , 1986 and incorporated by reference into Zephyrhills City Ordinance No . 397 , known as the "City of Zephyrhills Zoning Ordinance" . SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three (3) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 111 166 .041 , Laws of Florida. The foregoing Ordinance No. 468 was read and passed on its first reading in open and regular meeting by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, on the 25th day of April , A.D. , 1988 .
