<br /> G ® AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
<br /> FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING ZONING FOR PROPERTY
<br /> WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO OFFICE/
<br /> PROFESSIONAL (OP) , IN ACCORDANCE. WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 , LAWS OF FLORIDA AND
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ZONING
<br /> II ORDINANCE.
<br /> WHEREAS, FRANKLIN L. HOPKINS , is the owner in fee of the
<br /> lands hereinafter described in Section 1 , and has caused said
<br /> property to be annexed into the corporate city limits of the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills , and
<br /> WHEREAS , MICHAEL PRILLIMAN and LEO DESCOTEAU, are the
<br /> owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section
<br /> 2, and have caused said property to be annexed into the
<br /> corporate city limits of the City of Zephyrhills , and
<br /> WHEREAS , PATERNO Q. PRIMERO and RESURRECCION PRIMERO, are
<br /> the owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in
<br /> Section 3 , and have caused said property to be annexed into
<br /> the corporate city limits of the City of Zephyrhills , and
<br /> WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills has decreed that the properties described in
<br /> Section 1 , Section 2 and Section 3 , should each be zoned
<br /> Office/Professional (OP) , in keeping with the City' s
<br /> comprehensive plan and the surrounding properties .
<br /> NOW, ,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying
<br /> and being situate in the City of Zephyrhills , Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit :
<br /> The West 261 . 60 feet of Tract 38, ZEPHYRHILLS
<br /> COLONY COMPANY LANDS , in Section 2 , Township
<br /> II 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat
<br /> Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco
<br /> County, Florida. LESS AND EXCEPT the South
<br /> 100. 0 feet of the West 261 . 60 feet thereof,
<br /> and LESS AND EXCEPT the West 15 .00 feet of the
<br /> West 261 . 60 feet for road right-of-way.
