(i)% / /cO3/ )0 ORDINANCE NO. 475 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING ZONING FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO ESTATE-. _ RESIDENTIAL (ER) , IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 , LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS , CAROL CRAIG, is the owner of the lands herein described in Section One, and has caused said property to be annexed into the corporate city limits of the'/ City - of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Zephyrhills. --has decreed =.that the property described in ti Section One, should be zoned Estate-Residential (ER) , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council ofJthe City of Zephyrhills as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to wit: Tracts 71 and 72 in Section 13 , Township. 26 South, Range 21 East , ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS , recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Less the West 10 feet of Tract 72 for road right-of-way. be, and the same is hereby designated zoned Estate- Residential (ER) , in accordance with the Zoning Regulations of the City of Zephyrhills , dated July 28; 1986 and incorporated by reference into Zephyrhills City- Ordinance No. 397 , known as the "City of Zephyrhills Zoning Ordinance" : SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become -law upon ^being passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills _after three (3) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 , Laws of Florida.
