CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA ASSESSING IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS IN ADDITION TO ALL OTHER COSTS BEING PRESENTLY IMPOSED , AN ADDITIONAL TWO ( $2 .00) DOLLARS TO BE USED FOR .LAW ENFORCEMENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING. . SECTION 1 . There is hereby assessed by the City of - Zephyrhills , a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, in pliance with Section 943 . 25 ( 5 ) , Florida Statutes 1983 an additional Two and 00/ 100 ( $2. 00) Dollars , as Court costs against every person convicted for a violation of • a State criminal statute or convicted of a municipal . ordi.nanc,e:,_.--wh:ere.- sa.id--offense occurred within the City - . limits of Zephyrhills . In addition , Two and 00/ 1-00' ($2 . 00) Dollars shall be deducted from every bond estreature or forfeited bail bond relating to such111 ; statutes or ordinances . However , no such assessment; ;, ' shall be made against any person convicted for violation of any state statute or municipal ordinance relating to the parking of vehicles . SECTION -2. All. such assessments shall be collected by the appropriate Court and shall be remitted to the City of Zephyrhills and earmarked for law enforcement - - _ education and training for members of the police de,part- ment : The- use and expenditure of such funds shall =be in accordance with education and training programs for law • enforcement personnel as determined -by the Chief Police and in accordance with Section 943 . 14( 4) , Florida Statutes . . . . 1/1 SECTION 3.
