• (r v �, ORDINANCE NO. 371 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES_ OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE' OWNER OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 .044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS, W. A. NEUMANN and L. S. WILSON, being the owners of the land hereinafter described in Section 1 has requested and consented to the annexation of the land hereinafter described by the City of Zephyrhills ; and WHEREAS, such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter , and WHEREAS, the City Council approves th.e annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1. That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : Commence at the .NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 2 , Township 26 South , Range 21 East , Pasco County, Florida, thence run South along the East line of the said NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 25 . 0 feet for "_a Point of Beginning ;, thence continue South 200. 0 feet ; thence West parallel with the North line of said Section 2, 100 .0 feet ; thence North 200.0 feet ; thence East 100. 0 feet to the Point of Beginning. be, and the same are hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, a municipal corporation .
