P . , being the owner of - - - <br /> the land hereinafter described in Section 1 has <br /> requested and consented to the annexation of the land <br /> hereinafter described by the City of Zephyrhills ; and <br /> WHEREAS, such annexations are authorized by Florida <br /> Statute 171 . 044, of the laws of Florida and the <br /> municipal Charter , and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council approves the annexation <br /> of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the <br /> corporate limits of said City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the <br /> City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as <br /> IIIfollows : <br /> SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , <br /> lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, <br /> to-wit : <br /> Tracts 119 and 122 in Section 1 , Township 26 South , <br /> Range 21 East , ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS as <br /> per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 , page 55 , <br /> Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; LESS that <br /> portion of said tracts which lies within the South <br /> 25 feet of Section 1 , and that portion which lies <br /> within the East 25 feet of the West 1 /2 of the SW <br /> 1 /4 of Section 1 all being in Township 26 South , <br /> Range 21 East , Pasco County, Florida <br /> be, and the same are hereby annexed to and included <br /> with-i-n- t-he - bo-undari-e-s of_ th-e City of Zephyrhills , <br /> Florida, a municipal corporation . <br /> ';:;;,: SECTION 2 .
