.4 1 cMC ORDINANCE NO . 399 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 .044 , LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS, PARADISE BAY TRAILER PARK, INC . , d/b/a PINECREST TRAILER PARK , being the owner of the land hereinafter described in Section 1 has requested and consented to the annexation of the land hereinafter described by the City of Zephyrhills ; and 00 WHEREAS , such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter , and WHEREAS , the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City; NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : • Commence at the SW Cor . of SE 1 /4 of SE 1 /4 of Sec . 3 , Twp. 26 S, Rng 21 E , thence S 89°08 ' 22" E along the S Sec . line also being the Centerline of Geiger Rd , 705 . 67 ' , thence N 06° 16 ' 14" W 40 . 31 feet to the SW corner known as the POB thence N 06 16 ' 14" W . , 154 .04 feet ; thence N . 79°47 ' 06" E to the westerly bndry of US HWY 301 as it is now constructed 102 . 98 feet ; thence along a curve to the left along the west R/W line of ( SR 39) US HWY 301 with a radius of 1231 . 21 , an arc of 191 . 52 feet , and chord of 191 . 32 feet ; chord bearing S 24°40 ' 36" E; thence N 89°08 ' 22" W along N R/W line of Geiger Road 164 . 42 feet to the POB .
