CJS �\ ✓ ORDINANCE NO. 402 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 . 044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS, J . ALFRED ADAMS, Trustee , being the owner of the land hereinafter described in Section 1 has requested and consented to the annexation of the land hereinafter described by the City of Zephyrhills ; and WHEREAS, such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter , and WHEREAS , the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City; NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described lands , lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit : East 1 /2 of the SW 1 /4 of the SE 1 /4 of Sec . 3 , Township 26, Range 21 East , Pasco Co . ; Less the West 114. 70 ' of the East 139 . 70 ' of the North 200 .0 ' of the South 911 . 95 ' ; Less the West 103 . 5 ' of the East 128. 5 ' of the North 280 ' of the South 305 .0 ' ; and , Less the East 25 .0 ' and the South 25 ' for road right of way, AND The West 103 . 5 feet of the East 128 . 5 ' of the North 280 .0 ' of the South 305 .0 ' of the East 1 /2 of the SW 1 /4 of the SE 1 /4, Less the South 25 .0 ' and less the East 25 . 0 ' for right of way in Section 3 , Township 26 South , Range 21 East , Pasco County, Florida . be, and the same are hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, a municipal corporation .
