<br /> \ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
<br /> FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO
<br /> BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> '\ CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA
<br /> STATUTE 171 .044, LAWS OF FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS , SMITH CATTLE & GROVE, INC. , being the owner of
<br /> the land hereinafter described in Section 1 has requested and
<br /> j
<br /> consented to the annexation of the land hereinafter'.;deAcraibed.
<br /> by the City of Zephyrhills ; and
<br /> WHEREAS, such annexations are authorized by Florida
<br /> Statute 171 . 044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal.
<br /> Charter; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said
<br /> lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate
<br /> limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : :.
<br /> SECTION 1 . That the following described lan- s , lysn and
<br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit :
<br /> Tracts 40 , 41 , 55 , 56 , 57 , 58, 69 , 70, 71 , 72 , 73 , 74, 75, .

<br /> 120 , 121 and 122 of Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands , .. in
<br /> Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded. in
<br /> Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, LESS right-of-way for Fountain Road, Massey Road and
<br /> Geiger Road, together with:
